Charlotte Potemans
IP – IT - Privacy lawyer
Charlotte Potemans is a lawyer specialized in IP/IT/Privacy and is a part of the Artes team since 2020.
Charlotte obtained a bilingual bachelor’s degree in Law at KU Leuven and Université Saint Louis Bruxelles, and obtained her Master’s Degree of Law at the KULeuven (Cum Laude). She subsequently obtained an L.L.M. in Intellectual Property and IT Law at KU Leuven (Magna Cum Laude). During an internship, she gained additional practical experience in a law firm, where she mainly focused on trademark law, copyright law and media law.
She joined the Antwerp Bar in 2020.
