Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity is a vital concern for every business and organisation. Cyber incidents have proven not only to be costly, but also to impact on the functioning of the business and its reputation. In recent years governments and business have responded to the rise of cyber-incidents with new norms, rules, policies and standards. A lack of cybersecurity in terms of technology, policies and training might not only result in losing costumers, but also in fines and sentences for negligent behaviour.

Artes supports your company in mapping the cybersecurity risks and the potential liability for cyber incidents; assesses policy, regulations and internal measures in view of the legislative norms; coordinates regulations and drafts contracts concerning cooperation with cybersecurity companies and insurances; structures first response in cyberbreaches and incidents; and advises you on judicial procedures, both civil and criminal, as well as crisis communication and reporting duties to public authorities.
